Our experience with Advantage Roofing has been flawless. We went to several contractors to quote building a deck for us. Since 1990 Dennis at Advantage Roofing has done a variety of new and repair projects on my home in reflections.
Initially the work was roofing and siding replacement due to a hail storm Later we had window replacement and tile work done as well as a front porch and rear deck construction. Advantage Roofing has also done drywall work and painting inside and out. Perhaps the most involved project was the installation of a granite counter top and the refacing of the kitchen cabinets.
When I am ready to start a project I call Dennis. If he is willing to do it that is all I need to know! Why? Because I know it will be done right and when he said he would do it. You can depend on Dennis Biddle and Advantage Roofing.

I highly recommend Advantage Roofing and Dennis Biddle in particular. He recently re-roofed our house west of Castle Rock. His price was competitive; he started the job when he said he would and finished it when he said he would. In addition:

1. I have never seen a better job of keeping a construction site clean. He worked between his truck and the roof. The old roofing went into the truck; when the truck was full he hauled it off. there was never any trash around the house; not during the day, not when he left at night.

2. He hit a material shortage and worked it hard so that the job did not drag out. It was, in fact, finished promptly and just when he said it would be.

3. When the job was finished and it was time to pay, there were no little extra charges. He wanted exactly what he had originally stated.

Finally, the thing we appreciated most is the professional quality of the work he did. The roof looks great. The rows are precise; the gutters are cleanly cut; the ridge is particularly well trimmed; imperfect shingles went in the truck, not on the roof; he used nails not staples; the lighting rods and cables are all back like he found them. You just don't get professional work like that very often anymore.
